I love TTS. I totally trust them to tell me when pruning or removal is needed, and when it's not. We don't like to shear the trees unnecessarily--just to keep them healthy, and TTS NEVER recommends more than needed, even when I'm sure doing so would result in a larger bill. I almost lost a pretty large oak during the freeze a few years ago, and their feeding plan has brought it back to health really well.
