Excellent service as usual. Crew, led by Luis, were very efficient.

Crew worked very professionally and great cleanup! Our two smaller trees were trimmed to our satisfaction. The two larger trees were not trimmed to our expectations - left too much canopy on the extended branches. Crew did not contact us before starting work and did not ask us if we were satisfied before leaving.

took a couple of weeks to get scheduled because they are very busy. Crew was courteous and professional . Clean up was good and left no mess at the curb.

With short spells of bitter cold temps in winters becoming more common and summers going past regular Texas hot, it has been really important to make sure our trees are getting expert care. With Texas Tree Surgeons, it is good to know that we have a great arborist in Paul Douglass --who approaches the trees we have (a lot) with a defined overarching strategy -- and cutting crews who do a good job following his instructions.Bottom line, my wife and I feel there is definite value in putting our trees in the care of Texas Tree Surgeons.

Our trees look fantastic after our first trim with Texas Tree Surgeons. I so appreciate their advice to wait to trim until it was safe to do so to avoid Oak Wilt, and they weren't afraid to tell us what was best for our trees. They look amazing and we are so pleased. On trimming day they were fast, their employees were safely outfitted with hard hats and vests, and when they were finished they cleaned the yard beautifully. We highly recommend them and will be using them again.

I have used Texas Tree Surgeons since we moved to Dallas in 2018. It is reassuring to get the opinion of an arborist who can answer questions, assess the health of our two live oaks, and make recommendations for care. I enjoy working with Kelly who is a true professional and suggests care plans that suit the trees and our budget. Both of our mature live oaks and our newer flowering trees require trimming. The TTS team always does an excellent job trimming and managing the clean up of debris. Our trees are in good health despite the severity of our Texas heat and punishing winter freezes.

Since the work was done at a rental property, a neighbor helped to identify a qualified tree service provider and selected this one, Texas Tree Surgeons. Although they and other providers were swamped with calls following late spring storms in the area, they got us on the schedule and kept their promised date for service. The work was great.

Pick them! We have been using them for all our tree work for years, recommending them to everyone we know, and we think they’re fantastic. Amy Langbein is very knowledgeable and friendly. The pricing is reasonable and they schedule quickly. They even squeezed us in same day after a storm last year where one of our branches was dangling over our neighbors house. The work crews show up on time, are very careful not to damage anything, and do a very thorough cleanup before they go. And the cherry on top is supporting a woman owned business!

Losing our trees in a storm was very painful. Dealing with insurance, bad neighbors, and other damage was a nightmare. Thankfully, Texas Tree Surgeons was a breeze to work with during the process. They responded quickly our online inquiry, provided a quote, and were helpful with providing estimates for our insurance company. Once we approved the work, they promptly came out to make sure the half still standing didn’t fall over and cause more damage. Their guys were meticulous in cutting down the huge pecan tree and making sure none of the branches fell on our property. They left our backyard so clean it was like the tree hadn’t been there. Our arborist was great too. Very knowledgeable, prompt via email communication, and sent us some info on how to identify potential new trees. I’d definitely recommend them to everyone. They sent a team of young men who were careless in performing the service. First, they did not use any safety harnesses, goggles, or ladders to do their job. The person doing the trimming had one eye almost shut with swelling. He said a bee had stung him that day. Despite being asked several times, he was still not wearing any safety glasses the entire time.I had to supervise the job to ensure everything was done correctly.I have used their service in the past, but now I doubt I will call them again.

The crew was very immature. They were literally playing around in my yard, playing with my faux plant and climbing a tree for fun. I understand it was a Friday afternoon, but I would expect a little bit of professionalism.They had to trim up one tree and I requested they bring it up to the fence line to maintain our privacy from the neighboring house. I’ve attached pictures. $200 later….

Their biannual treatment to strengthen and keep my trees healthy has kept my trees strong, resistant to pests and able to withstand severe weather (hot summers and strong storms).
