As they zig zag between job sites through the neighborhood they will notice trees and patterns in your area. Most importantly they will know the soil in that area and how this soil type may benefit or hurt your trees in McKinney. I appreciated the quick response and good quality of work in removing a broken branch and trimming the tree. They communicated with me about each step of the process - evaluating the problem, scheduling the repair & removal, and notifying me when they arrived to do the work and when they were finished. It was a pleasure working with everyone - friendly, easy, and efficient! Thank you so much!

From the bidding process, till the crew wrapped up this was a wonderful experience. The crew they sent out was incredible. They were knowledgeable, worked so hard and were so professional. This was not an easy job. It was a 60 year old live oak that had grown up against our home over time where 80% of its branches hung over our 1945 home. Not one single branch ever touched our roof with their amazing technique and pulley system. I highly recommend them without reservation.

Response from the owner:We are thrilled that you had a great experience with our entire team and that our crew was able to trim your tree with care. Safety with efficiency is a priority in our tree work. We look forward to assisting you again in the future. We ❤️🌳 and happy customers!

40+ year Red Oak, not leaving its care to the guy who mows my lawn. Been using Texas Tree Surgeons for years. They are prompt, licensed and professional. We found Texas Tree Surgeons from a neighbor's recommendation. We were needing a professional evaluation of our trees and guidance on helping them be their healthiest, especially with the harsh Texas and City elements that they endure. Sage, the arborist we were assigned was the utmost professional and evaluated our situation and gave us recommendations which we are working through and we are already starting to see results.

Response from the owner:Neighbors recommendations are the best. We are so happy they referred us and that Sage gave you great suggestions that are already showing positive results. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We ❤️🌳 and happy customers!.

What a great tree service! I just had them trim my large oak tree that had become very overgrown. They did a spectacular job, with this tree that might be 30 feet tall. Very thorough job, and the tree is shaped beautifully now. I have had many tree services, this is the first where I was actually impressed by the beauty afterwards. They were very informative before and after, really dedicated to education. And the price seemed very reasonable. We are very happy; well deserved 5 stars!

Response from the owner:Thanks so much for the review and for using us to care for your trees! We love trees and our community in North Texas!

I have a large oak tree in the front and one in the back, and I had concerns that the branches were growing closer to my roof and fence. I contacted Texas Tree Surgeons because I wanted an arborist to evaluate what was necessary to trim my trees. Kay came out 2 days later, discussed what was needed, and provided me with a quote. It was a simple trim, but she listened to my concerns, and after I approved the work, they completed the job quickly! I had the option to pay online, which was very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience with them and will continue to use them in the future!

Response from the owner:Kay is a great knowledgable arborist who is passionate about trees. Our arborists deeply care about doing what's best for trees by taking the time to assess and offering recommendations based off your concerns so you can make an informed choice. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We look forward to see you and your trees in the future. We ❤️🌳 and happy customers!
