Everything the Texas Tree Surgeons promise on their website, they deliver! I put in a request for an estimate, and Russell was on my property within 3 business days. I asked about only one tree in our yard, but he took the time to look at all of them and gave his honest opinion on what they could do, and what we could get away with not doing. The quote was clear and easy to edit with a new quote. Once it was approved, we scheduled the tree trimming and cabling. From first contact to our service being completed, it only took two weeks, and the trimming and cabling took less than 3 hours, including haul off. I've never seen our trees look so good!

We bought a new house that needed some tree work. They came out in March and recommended that we wait due to Oak Wilt season. They returned in Sept and completed the work. They carefully removed a huge tree that was entangled in high voltage powerlines, touching two fences, overhanging our neighbor's garage, within a few feet of a natural gas meter, surrounded by an in-ground sprinkler system, and leaning on our house. They somehow didn't damage anything or cause a fire. They trimmed the rest of our trees to get them off the roof and high enough off the street to meet city codes. We had 7 guys on our property from 11 AM - 6 PM. They hauled away all debris, raked the yard, and left no trace of their activities. They were the lower priced of 2 bids we received. Highly recommend.

I wanted to be onsite for cost estimation and the work done. So asked for phone calls to be notified when TTS would be onsite. This was done to my great satisfaction.

I only have Texas Tree Surgeons cut my mature red oaks. After the big 2024 storm I had them come to access and trim the damage. They are reasonably priced and very knowledgeable about trimming different types of trees. (They don't trim red oaks like they trim pecans.) They KNOW their trees!

This is the 2nd time we have used them for work and we are very pleased with the outcome. The analysis and estimate of the work we needed was done professionally and with friendliness. The work was scheduled and the Crew came out within a week.

Several very large Red Oak branches that were over our neighbor's house were cut off. Other branches on the Cedar Elm in the backyard over our other neighbor's yard were removed. This was all done in an hour by an experienced crew. This included removing all of the limbs and debris from the work.

I cannot imagine a better tree service. We've had Texas Tree Surgeons trim our trees for years. Last year we used them for cabling two live oaks, including one we are trying to save from 2021 winter storm damage. Despite the winds we've experienced this year and last, the trees have shown remarkable stability. Today's job was removing three large dead limbs over our neighbors' properties and they beautifully shaped our overgrown Nellie R. Stevens hollies.
