TTS has been taking care of my trees since we bought this house a few years ago. They helped remove a badly positioned pine tree from the back yard (right under power lines) and let us keep a huge portion of wood; they also helped remove some crepe myrtles that were too close to fence lines. They fertilize, they trim, and they generally offer good advice on how to keep our remaining trees as healthy as possible. Kelly's always forthright and responsive, and everyone at the office are always friendly and prompt! I definitely recommend them to help you with your trees! :)

When a very large tree fell on our Dallas TX house during big storms this past spring, Texas Tree Surgeons came right out and very quickly removed it preventing further damage. They were incredibly great to work with, amazingly efficient, and tidy (cleaned up the mess so THOROUGHLY it was difficult to tell that toppled tree had even been there on house and in the yard except for the huge hole in the ground from uprooted root ball and the damaged fence!!).TTS also did some very high-up tree trimming over my parents’ McKinney 2-story house…it was fascinating! to watch their very talented “man-monkeys“ scale those tall trees, carefully trim lots of large overhanging branches and lower them to the ground without touching or damaging the roof! Those guys even took+sent me photos where some branches had been resting on and slightly damaging the roof so we could know to get it fixed. Arborist Steve was very professional and detailed about sending us photos marking which limbs needed to be removed in such a way that the trees’ health and balance would not be compromised…super great and knowledgeable guy!!Great company+people to work with!, we will certainly do so again in the future!!

This company is great. First, i was expecting a quote 3-4x what was actually quoted. Next, when I booked the appointment Tuesday I was told that they were booked out a month. Then they texted me yesterday to say that they could come today. They did a great job and cleaned up well. Will definitely use again.

We used Texas Tree Surgeons on 10/09/2024, they do good work, however, when I ask the workers to remove one branch, they said to ask the lead when he gets here. Asked the lead and was told there would be an additoinal charge on top of $974 for trimming 2 live oak trees. That was very disappointing!

When we call them, they even sometimes recommend waiting to trim (unless it’s storm damage needing attention ASAP), for the best health of the tree. I love TTS. I totally trust them to tell me when pruning or removal is needed, and when it's not. We don't like to shear the trees unnecessarily--just to keep them healthy, and TTS NEVER recommends more than needed, even when I'm sure doing so would result in a larger bill. I almost lost a pretty large oak during the freeze a few years ago, and their feeding plan has brought it back to health really well.

Texas Tree surgeons is doing a great job trying to save our huge Elm tree that was damaged by a utility company cutting large roots. They set up a feeding treatment for a year and then will trim limbs that could not be salvaged but assured us tree was viable and could be saved.

Great tree removal service, complete job and done when they estimated it would be done.. Have used them for years. Stump grinding was done well too.

The last several times, I have offered their workers water and in return they have stolen one squirrel yard art piece, (for which they gave me a credit), broke a sprinkler head, (refusing to fix, said it’s wasn’t them,) and broke the edging (also said it wasn’t them.) Not even an acknowledgment. Instead they tell me that they sent someone out, the owner, and she says it wasn’t them.DO NOT USE, these are not honorable people.
