They keep our trees looking great!

This is my second review, but I think Google is replacing my first review with this one. Again, TTS was was FAST to respond to my service request, FAST to come make an estimate, and FAST to get the work done. They worked safely and quickly, and cleaned up the work site nicely. Couldn't recommend more.

Texas Tree Surgeons have been applying treatments quarterly to our Chinese Pistachio. It was browning in places; we thought it might be dying, but Texas Tree Surgeons have solved the problem. It is beautiful now. Also, their trimming service is great as well.

We were concerned that a limb on our Red Oak probably needed prompt removal. Texas Tree Surgeons sent one of their master arborists, Emily Long to take a look at the tree, confirmed the limb needed removal and gave an expert overview for further care of the tree, with further pruning next fall/winter season. Their crew came the next day to remove the limb, made a good cut, and cleaned the yard of the sawdust. Very highly recommend their tree service.

The crew came on time. They did a great job trimming up 2 large youpon holly trees. Then they cleaned up everything that was cut and then put it into the shredder they brought. I have used them before and will again for a major tree trim.

Will and Raul at Texas Tree Surgeons are a great couple of individuals to work with. We had to get several trees pruned with canopies raised, one tree removed and the stump ground, and general cleanup along a fence line. Although that was the final scope of work, we modified it several times between the initial bid and the scheduled day. Will was very gracious to accommodate those changes. When Raul and his crew arrived, they immediately got to business, not wasting any time. They paid attention to every detail, making sure that exactly what we asked for was done. All of the work was completed in about an hour, and they cleaned up very nicely afterwards. We have used their services several times, and their prices have always been reasonable compared to other companies. They absolutely care about the health of the trees, and will only trim and prune what is necessary. We will certainly use them in the future for any tree-related work, and we wholeheartedly recommend them.

New homeowners that want to make sure we do the best for the trees on our property. I scheduled an arborist consultant for our live oak and magnolia. Russell was very knowledgeable and provided insight on how to care for both trees. He also provided guidance on the Bradford pear tree hanging into our yard. Texas tree surgeons came out and trimmed just enough of the Bradford pear to remove excess weight. They did a great job with the tree trimming. We are also having our live oak fertilized twice this year. I'm looking forward to watching the live oak flourish!

We have an older home with massive trees, live oak, magnolia, pines, pecan, elms, etc. Texas Tree Surgeons has been caring for our trees for years. When they trim the trees, they bring a wood chipper and a team of men to leaf blow and remove all traces of anyone being there. Nothing is left on the sidewalk. Usually looks better after they leave than when they arrived. They have installed steel cables into our live oak to ensure it has the best chance of surviving storms as the branches are incredibly long and massive. They have kept our pine healthy and has survived our crazy weather. They have an arborist who visits with us to make sure the trees are well taken care of. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Very happy! Knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Also very quick response, got a quote by end of the week and the crew was available the next Monday. They were polite and communicated clearly to make sure my requests were met, checked in to make sure how far they limbed up trees in the front was what I wanted while also advising me. They were very careful about not hurting smaller trees and plants under the trees, some of which are fairly expensive maples. Cleaned up everything well when they were done. Tree maintenance is pretty expensive with most crews that don't have deeper knowledge of trees also quoting high prices. The other quote I got appeared to be as such, and expressed lot of concern that I was asking them to be careful not to hurt the maples. And their quote seemed very high. I was pleasantly surprised that Texas Tree Surgeons quote was half that, and Andy seemed knowledgeable about the tree structures and what is / isn't necessary to make sure they meet city code and where limbs may get close to the home. I will certainly be going back to them the next time I need tree work.

They trimmed exactly what I asked for and did not try to up sale. They beat the other companies by half with their price. The crew consisted of four workers and was done in 11 minutes. Billing and payment were very convenient. TTS will be the first company that I will call next time.

I had a strong referral to Texas Tree Surgeons from a friend I very much respect, and she wasn't wrong! I cannot imagine a better tree service. We've had Texas Tree Surgeons trim our trees for years. Last year we used them for cabling two live oaks, including one we are trying to save from 2021 winter storm damage. Despite the winds we've experienced this year and last, the trees have shown remarkable stability. Today's job was removing three large dead limbs over our neighbors' properties and they beautifully shaped our overgrown Nellie R. Stevens hollies.
