Showed up on time and quickly removed the dead wood from a tree that was endangering traffic on the street. Amazing to watch. Cleaned up everything so couldn't tell they were here ... except for the nicely trimmed tree. Great pricing as well.

I am so pleased to amend my original rating from one star to 5 stars! Once management reviewed the circumstances of our experience with their company, we got an apology from them and they asked if we would allow them to fulfill their commitment at no charge to us. They scheduled us the next day and their crew showed up right on time. Omar, Carlos and Carlos (yes, two guys named Carlos!) worked quickly and efficiently, trimmed our Crepe Myrtle beautifully, and disposed of all debris. Shortly after they left, Bryan, the arborist with whom we scheduled the service, came by our house to inspect the work and to make sure we were pleased with the outcome. We assured him that, not only are we pleased, we will ask for Omar, Carlos and Carlos for our next tree service! I appreciate so much the manner in which Texas Tree Surgeons did all they could to resolve what started with some disappointment on our part but ended with nothing but praise for a job well done!

I had a strong referral to Texas Tree Surgeons from a friend I very much respect, and she wasn't wrong! In the last couple of years I've had several consultations and trimmings with them, and this year they cut down several medium sized trees and one very large one that wasn't healthy and was overdue for removal. I cannot imagine a better tree service. We've had Texas Tree Surgeons trim our trees for years. Last year we used them for cabling two live oaks, including one we are trying to save from 2021 winter storm damage. Despite the winds we've experienced this year and last, the trees have shown remarkable stability. Today's job was removing three large dead limbs over our neighbors' properties and they beautifully shaped our overgrown Nellie R. Stevens hollies. They were on time, reasonable, and as attentive on a small job as a large one.
